BLUE MIST™ MOUNTAIN will be a luxury resort experience, positioned within the country’s 9th largest vacation destination – The Great Smoky Mountains. The resort will address a “white space” opportunity by offering a level of luxury and amenities never before available in a market place that attracts over 12 million visitors annually!

BLUE MIST™ MOUNTAIN RESORT will offer accommodations totaling over 550 keys, consisting of over 310 hotel rooms and suites, 200 two-bedroom town-homes and 40 vacation residences. The Stirling Hotel, which celebrates pristine views of the Smokies in every direction, will be the first mountain top hotel within the marketplace. An entire wing of The Stirling will be devoted to a wellness retreat including the nation’s first outdoor Nordic Spa. With over 50,000 square feet of banquet and meeting facilities, it will be the only resort hotel in the region capable of accommodating national and international group business.

Guests and the public will enjoy sky carriage access from the base of the mountain to a boardwalk that wraps around a 5-acre first of its kind mountain top crystal lagoon featuring a sandy beach and built-in cabanas. Non-guest patrons, numbering over 2,000 per day, will enjoy 7 new exciting restaurants created and branded by food and beverage icon Jon Taffer. They will range from resort casual to fine dining and be adorned with roof top bars to allow patrons to take in the mountain views. Other unique experiences within then 200-acre resort include a nationally branded whiskey distillery, artisan shops, an ice-skating rink during the winter months, and a 2000-seat natural amphitheater.

Finally, the Smoky Mountains will have a mountain luxury resort to enjoy in each season of the year! BLUE MIST™ MOUNTAIN RESORT“Where Anything is Possible!”
