The overarching theme of NPDP is that they believe a developer’s responsibility extends from “the idea through the grand opening” – from researching the market; identifying, / entitling the site; diligently budgeting and planning, before capitalizing the project (both debt and equity) and cumulating with the actual management of the construction and opening of the property.
